A 50% booking retainer and signed floral agreement are required to secure your wedding or event date. The retainer is applied toward your total floral investment.
Your date is not officially reserved until both are received.

Final Payment
Weddings: Remaining balance due 30 days before the wedding.
Private Events, Showers & Bloom Bars: Remaining balance due 14 days before the event.
Bookings made within these timeframes require payment in full.
Cancellations & Changes
Booking retainers are non-refundable, subject to the signed floral agreement and applicable law.
Wedding details and floral quantities must be finalized 30 days in advance. Private event details must be finalized 14 days in advance.
Additional requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
